Privacy Policy

We collect only what we need to make and deliver your chronicle, and we don't sell it, rent it or use it for advertising.

What we collect

• When you order: your name and email; for agents, also your phone, brokerage and team name; the address or county property ID of each home; for homeowners, any names you'd like in the chronicle; and whether you've given permission to use a listing's photo.
• Payment: Stripe handles checkout. Your card number goes to Stripe, never to us; we see only that you paid. Stripe's own privacy policy covers what it collects.
• Visits to this site: Cloudflare, our host, counts page visits with its Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and doesn't follow you to other sites. We have no ad trackers.

How we use it

• To find the right land, make your chronicle and email it to you, and to answer you about your order.
• We won't add you to a mailing list without asking.
• County appraisal records list property owners. We use them only to find the right land, and never put an owner's name in a chronicle unless the person ordering it gives us the names.

What others can see

• Your chronicle's page is at a private link that isn't listed on our site, and it's marked so that search engines leave it out. Anyone you share the link with can read it.
• An agent's chronicle shows the agent's details, as the agent gave them. Names appear in a homeowner's chronicle only if the person ordering it asked for them.

Who helps us

Cloudflare hosts the site and the chronicles, Stripe takes payments, and our email provider carries our mail. Each sees only what it needs to do that job.

Keeping and deleting

• We keep order records while your chronicle is up, and as long as tax and accounting rules require.
• Ask us any time to take your chronicle down or to delete your information, and we will, apart from records we must keep for taxes.
